So I put it off listening to the double CD for a few days until I could get the house to myself and have a good old meditations session! Little did I know how it would blow my socks off. The CD starts with a few minutes introduction with the voices of Shirlie Roden and Suzi Quatro that are both relaxing and confident, but then the trip they take you on pushes off like a roller coaster ride into your self. I felt I was being led to the edge of a cliff and encouraged to step over the edge. The feeling of falling in your sleep, but instead of hitting the ground with a bump, Suzi and Shirlie lead you to gliding on your own wonderfulness and then flying on your natural brilliance.
I cried (with frustration at life and myself) and swooned with the joy of life when listening to the CD’s. The music and voices are wonderfully matched and mixed and you feel that you are taking a journey with Suzi and Shirlie, and they are your best friends ever.
Having l listened to it about five times, each time to try to objectively stand back and listen to the technical input of the journey, music and voices you can see that this CD has been a work of love, that must have taken years to develop. It is best listened to when you are alone and have some room to move about as you are encouraged to dance and scream which I did find embarrassing for the first few seconds and was glad I was alone in the house. My three year-old son also loved the CD’s..."

Shirlie Roden is an international sound therapist and workshop leader and also co-teaches the School of Life Workshops with Suzi Quatro. A composer/lyricist and concert performer, Shirlie has had six musicals produced on stage and worked with artists such as Ray Davies and the Kinks, Hot Chocolate, Mike Oldfield, David Gilmore and Gordon Giltrap.
