Projection mapping is equally effective indoors as well as outside, but the effectiveness of the results are always dependent upon the amount of light you can deliver onto the target objects, taking into account the ambient light conditions of the area and the available options for physical installation and the supply of power. For indoor projection mapping, where the objects are generally viewed at much closer distances, high resolution is equally as important as high brightness, and so multiple projectors are usually edge-blended with the content typically delivered via high performance media servers with multiple graphics outputs. Different approaches are often required which is why QED stocks the brightest projectors and a range of media server and processing solutions to suit every given situation.
