300 sessions in five days, all recorded and available as MP3 Downloads at the end of each day. 88GB of MP3s downloaded so far with over 150,000 page hits and 18,000 individual recordings downloaded.

The BSAVA Annual Congress 7th to 10th April 2005 is the largest companion animal conference in the world attracting over 6,000 delegates. For the past 13 years QED has provided instant audio tape services, however this year it was decided to move over to a digital recording format and make the audio files available as MP3 downloads from the BSAVA website.

This has proved a unique and invaluable service to the membership of the organisation, as well as significantly increasing traffic to the BSAVA website. Delegates have been very quick to appreciate the new service...
